B, Qroome - Los ^ngeles) With reference to Superintendent Qroome’s letter of July 21st, copy of which was furnished your office, requesting preparation of proposed agreement with Cainev Pipeline Company covering the installation of a 1-inch water pipe line and raster by railroad forces at the expense of Calnev Pipeline Company and also to cover the sale of water from railroad supply to their lease site in the Las Vegas Tard. Will appreciate receiving your views as to whether or not the Railroads, under provisions of third paragraph Section 2, Page 11, of Agreement dated June 1* 1953, assigned UPRR Contract Audit 8CM5t (\f*& ^ between LA&SIRRCO-UFKICO-LViAWCo and Las Vegas Valley Water District, covering the sale of water production, storage and distribution system at Las Vegas, Nevada, are T'ermitted to enter into such an agreement with Calnev Pipeline Company,
