Will appreciate receiving your views as to whether or not the Railroads, under provisions of third paragraph Section 2, Page 11, of Agreement dated June 1* 1953, assigned UPRR Contract Audit 8CM5t (\f*& ^ between LA&SIRRCO-UFKICO-LViAWCo and Las Vegas Valley Water District, covering the sale of water production, storage and distribution system at Las Vegas, Nevada, are T'ermitted to enter into such an agreement with Calnev Pipeline Company,
