Burri) sale of the Las Vegas water system to Las Vegas Valley Water District, and to your further letter to me only of May 14th, which, with attached copy of Mr. RenwickTs letter to Mr. McNameeof the same date, advises of changes in the proposed escrow instructions tentatively agreed to between Mr. Renwick and Mr. Hamilton of the Water District: M Pbea &e" h2av> eS.e"ction II, line 15. The word "has” should rAU' ?age Section III, paragraph 4, line 9. There is V intentionally omitted from the proposed document of easement described in this paragraph the pipe line (JJ-Q) described in subparagraph (K-6) of paragraph (k) of Section 1 of the Sale Agreement. This omis­sion is explained in Mr. Renwick*s above letter by the fact that an easement for this pipe line has al­ready been granted by the Railroads to" the Water Company and that the Water Company will in turn con­vey its easement to the District on the sale date. If this arrangement is satisfactory to the District, I have no objection to it. . 3) Pages 3 and 4» Section III. Mr. Renwick says that ^6- it has been tentatively agreed that paragraph 3 of Section III be eliminated and all remaining para­graphs in that section be renumbered accordingly. There is no objection. Referring enclosing copies of to your letter of May 6th relative to, and proposed escrow instructions incidental to I offer the following comments: 1.
