The story is a romantic comedy about an auto racer who comes to Las Vegas to enter a race and meets a girl who is attending the University of Nevada and who is a childrens' swimming instructor. You further advise us that the locale of the action in your motion picture will be Las Vegas and you wish to depict certain action as taking place at our hotel, You requested our permission to photograph the exteriors and/or interiors of our hotel and the public rooms and the private rooms and accommodations, and to photograph and/or record in, on, or about the premises of our hotel and to use such photography and/or recordings taken by you for your motion picture purposes and to refer in said motion picture to our hotel name (and/or to show the name on signs, menus, stationery, etc.), and we hereby give you the right and permission to do all of the above. You further requested and we hereby give you the further permission and right, if you so elect, to reproduce and/or represent on your sets built at your Studio exteriors and/or interiors of our hotel in as faithful a manner as your facilities will allow, and to photograph such reproductions representing the premises of our hotel and in so doing you may show uniforms such as are worn by employees of our hotel. We hereby give you our permission to photograph employees of our hotel during the course of your story such as Manager, Assistant Manager, Desk Clerk(s), Maitre d'Hotel, Chef, Waiters, Bellhops, Swimming Pool Manager, etc., and/or other members of our staff, and/or you may use professional performers to represent such personnel, and we agree to obtain whatever consents you may require from such employees so photographed and/or represented. We further understand that you are planning and proceeding to produce this motion picture relying on this our permission. We agree that^we will not withdraw thip consent, and that it is for your benefit and also for the benefit of your successors, assigns and/or licensees and that this consent is given you to induce you to proceed with your production plans. The term "motion picture" ab used herein means and includes a feature talking motion picture, its air, screen and television trailers and its advertising and exploitation, and such may be transmitted and/or projected by any means or methods now or later known, throughout the world and at any time, so far as we are concerned, and we hereby release and relieve you of and from all claims and demands of any kind and character in connection with your photography and/or representation of our hotel and/or its personnel as outlined herein.
