DEAR SOROR PECK;
ENCLOSED ARE THE EVALUATIONS FOR THETA THETA OMEGA CHAPTER FOR MARCH AND APRIL, 1992. THE 1992 EVALUATION IS A CONSENSUS OF THE CHAPTER STANDARDS COMMITTEE, WHOSE MEMBERS ARE SORORS E. LAVONNE LEWIS, BARBARA KIRKLAND, SYLVIA SPEED AND CAROL THREATS.
THE COMMENTS FOR THE MARCH AND APRIL EVALUATION ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1. MEMBERSHIP: INITIATION WILL BE CONDUCTED IN THE FALL AND EVALUATED AT THAT TIME.
2. CHAPTER BUDGET: FUNDING FOR THE CHAPTER IS STILL RUNNING UNDER EXPECTATIONS AND NEED. RECORDS REFLECT ADHERENCE TO BUDGET BUT THERE IS A SHORTFALL. FUNDRAISERS HAVE NOT BEEN HELD DUE TO INABILITY TO GET A LOCATION THAT IS WITHIN OUR FUNDING LEVELS.
OVERALL CHAPTER OPERATIONS: THETA THETA OMEGA HAS BEEN MOVING FOWARD AND VERY AGGRESSIVELY IMPLEMENTING THE RECOMMENDATIONS MADE BY THE SUPREME BASILEUS DURING HER VISIT HERE IN DECEMBER. SORORS CONTINUE TO FEEL VERY POSITIVE ABOUT THE CHAPTER. FUNCTIONS ARE BEING PLANNED FOR THE SUMMER TO CONTINUE THE FEELING OF ENTHUSIASM AND COMMITMENT TO SERVICE.
SISTERLY YOURS,
E. LAVONNE LEWIS
