State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A deed for street purposes on Basking and Goldring was presented at this R/ W DEED time to the Board for consideration. Bakin & Goldring On motion of Commissioner Whipple, duly seconded by Commissioner Bunker, and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED this 17th day of February, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada that the deed, dated the 10th day of February, 1954, executed by Myrtle A. Tate, who acquired title as Alice M. McDonald a widow to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A deed for street purposes on 25th Street was presented to the Board at R/w DEED this time for consideration. 25th St. On motion of Commissioner Whipple duly seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried unanimously, the following resolution is adopted and order made: BE IT RESOLVED, this 17th day of February, 1954, by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, that the deed dated the 6th day of February, 1954, executed by Frank G. Toth and June U. Toth, H/w Elmer D. Peterson & Audrey M. Peterson, H/W Edward J. Jansen and Edith V. Jansen, H/W to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be, and is hereby accepted for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. Meikle and Grace Louise, H/W Clinton Chariest Whitaker and Florence Whitaker, H/W dated January 17, 1954 to the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, and that the real property described therein be and is hereby accepted for the purposes and intentions as therein set forth; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be attached to said deed, and that the same be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Clark, State of Nevada, and filed in the records of this Board. DEED FOR STATE PROPERTY Commissioner Whipple moved the deed for additional property to the State of Nevada for a state building be approved and the Mayor and Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by he following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. RELEASE OF BOND Commissioner Whipple moved the release of bond for Sunnyside Tract No. 1 Sunnyside Tract #1 be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. RELEASE OF BOND Commissioner Whipple moved the release of the bond on Mountain View Tract Mountain View Tract #1 No. 1 subject to the receipt of $48.95 for correction of fire hydrants. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
