    July 23. 1953 Please refer to the above mentioned contract between you and the undersigned, Union Pacific Railroad Company. Union Pacific Railroad Company is selling and transfer­ring to Las Vegas Land and Water Company all of its water pro­duction, storage and transmission facilities at Las Vegas, Ne­vada, except such as will be needed to serve its own require­ments, and it will therefore be necessary for the Railroad Company to discontinue serving you with water under the above mentioned contract. There will be no interruption of your water service subse­quent to the termination of the above mentioned contract with you. Las Vegas Land and Water Company will furnish you water service at the charges set forth in its tariffs on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada. You should contact the office of the Las Vegas Land and Water Com-, pany at Las Vegas concerning any question which you may have with respect to your future water service and the charge which will be made therefor. The Railroad Company desires to terminate the above men­tioned contract effective July 31. 1953- Enclosed are dupli­cate originals and one copy of termination rider terminating the above mentioned agreement on that date. Will you please sign and return the duplicate originals, retaining the extra copy for your files. One of the duplicate originals will be returned to you when both have been executed by the Railroad Company.
