Dear S ir: I enclose herewith copy of a le tte r received this morning by registered mail from Mrs. Mina Stdwart, with regard to required delivery of 4 miners inches of water to the Stewart Burial Plot, and threatening legal action i f th is provision of the deed is not observed. This has reference to my le tte r to you July 1st, with regard to use of ditcher fo r straightening out the Las Vegas Creek, and i f this is done I am hopeful that it w ill conserve su fficien t water to make available 4 miners
