PROPOSED ORDINANCE Additional time was requested for the proposed Escort Bureau Ordinance which was Escort Bureau introduced and read by title at the regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners Continued held July 15, 1959, and referred to Commissioners Fountain and Elwell, committee for recommendation. PROPOSED ORDINANCE Commissioner Whipple moved the proposed Motel Ordinance which was introduced and read Motel Ordinance by title at the regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners held August 5, 1959, Amendment and referred to Commissioners Fountain and Whipple, committee for recommendation, he removed from the agenda. Removed from Agenda Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Elwell, Fountain, Whipple and His Honor Mayor Gragson voting aye; noes, none. Absent: Commissioner Sharp. (A-1-59) UNIVERSITY OF NEVADA Commissioner Elwell moved the Agendas and Minutes for the Board of City Commissioner To receive copies of Meetings from this date forward the sent to James S. Roberts, Director, Bureau of Agendas, Minutes & Governmental Research, University of Nevada, Reno, Nevada, and also a copy of the Budget latest budget of the City, inasmuch as he had received the request for this material to he used in connection with governmental studies. Motion seconded by Commissioner Fountain and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Elwell, Fountain, Whipple and His Honor Mayor Gragson voting aye; noes, none.
