Las Vegas - January 20, 1950 ¥ 23-3-3-A Mr. Wm. Reinhardt: Following ray letter December 13th regarding survey of water usage in Las Vegas. Confirming ,our phone conversation today, I enclose copy of the pharaplet issued by Las Vegas Housing Authority on which we have suggested certain changes in the wording to fit our local situation. The cartoons appear to fee suitable except on the last page we might substitute a drawing of an Hunhappy" cooler not equipped with a pump and a “happy" cooler properly equipped. The original was prepared by Planning & Housing Research Assn, 57&2 Hollywood Blvd., Lao® Angeles and you may wish to have Mr. Moore confer with them in regard to the setup of o pamphlet.
