% Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, W. H. Johnson was nominated and unanimously elected to office of Director, effect­ive January 1, 1951, and he thereafter participated in the meeting. Minutes of meeting of Board of Directors, held December 12, 1950, were read and approved. Minutes of special meeting of the Executive Com­mittee, held December 21, 1950, were read and approved, and the action of the Committee in releasing A. M. Polger from his duties as General Manager, effective December 31, 1950, is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider MNnL.D. 1943, dated August 13, 1947, extend­ing to and including October 31, 1949, term of lease agreement Audit No. 10219, dated November 2, 1942, expiring October 31, 1947, with C. C. McDaniel, covering site for battery shop; rental $45.00 per month, payable in advance, during the extend­ed term; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days’ written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider f,NnL.D. 2320, dated September 9, 1949, ex­tending to and including October 31, 1954, term of lease agree­ment Audit No. 10461, dated July 16, 1948, expiring October 31, 1949, with C.
