Bear Sir: Acknowledging receipt of your letter of June 21st, file LY*93, in reference to sale of ground east of 5th Street. I note the error which I made in com* puting priee of lots and that an over collection was made to the amount of 90#. X will refund this amount in cash to the First State Bank and take their receipt for the same, and show the payment on my next expense account for the month of June.
