No. 11+663-1, dated August 6, 1961+, between Las Vegas Land and Water Comp any and George Taguchi, extending to September 30, 1965 Contract Audit No. 1091+8, covering lease of Lots 2, 3» k> 5» 6 and 7> Block 5» Tract #13l+31 containing an area of thirty (30) acres, for agricultural purposes, in City of Industry, California, at rental of 4l50,00 per annum payable in advance, terminable by written notice given by either Lessor or Lessee to the other party on any date in such notice stated; not less, however, than ten (10) days subsequent to the date on which such notice shall be given, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
