\ Resignation of W. J. Pox as Director was submitted as follows: "Los Angeles - April 1, 1966 Mr. P. J. Payne, Vice President, Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Los Angeles, California. Please accept my resignation as Director of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, effective March 31, 1966. W. J, Pox" On motion duly seconded, the resignation of W. J. Pox as Director was accepted, effective March 3 1, 1966. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the officers and Board of Directors of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company hereby express their appreciation to W. J. Pox for his faithful and efficient services as Director. Chairman announced that nominations were in order for the election of a Director to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of W, J. Fox, Whereupon, on motion duly seconded, R. D. Smith was nominated and unanimously elected to the office of Director, effective April 1, 1966, and thereafter participated in the meeting.
