UNION PACIFIC SYSTEM LOS ANGELES & SALT LAKE RAILROAD COMPANY F H. KNICKERBOCKER. GENERAL MANAGER LOS ANGELES CAL June 13, 1924. W.O. 4707. Mr. Walter R. Bracken, Vice President & Agent, Las Vegas Land and Water Co., Las Vegas, Nevada. Dear Sir: Herewith copy of Mr. Halsted's letter June 11 to me in connection with use of water from the new artesian well recently brought in at Las Vegas. You will note it is the opinion of our attorneys that unless we use all of the water flowing from this well we cannot claim title thereto. Will you kindly advise just what portion of the water from this well can be used by the Land and Water Company? Yours truly,
