County of Salt Lata ) T.J.Bult, feeing first duly sworn , deposes and says; 7 At the time of the construction of the Utah Southern Railroad in Junto County he was employed as Engine Wiper on said railroad, and continued in that capacity without interruption to March ,1332. At the tine of the completion of the railroad to Junto ff-pd at all times subsequent thereto, water for the engine upon which he worked was supplied at the station of Juab in Juab County from & tank which was supplied through a pipe line connect­ed with a spring located in the Northwest Quarter of the itorthe&st Quarter of Section 3, Township 2$ South, Range 1 feat, Salt Lake Meridian, Regular passenger and freight service was commenced over the constructed line of the Utah Southern Railroad Company on June 13, 1&79, and this deponent was employed a® Fireman »March X862, to January 1,1530 , when he was profited to the position of Engineer running continously as an Engineer on regular trains, and did, at regular intervals, up to the 15th day of January, 1312* run into and out of the station at Juab aforesaid, and knows of his own knowledge that continuously from the coamenceaeat of regular passen­ger and freight serwioe into and ©mt of the Juab station aforesaid, water for locomotives has been taken through the pipe line and fro* the spring aforesaid. {Signed) T.J.Bult Witness: {Signed) E.3.Bill subscribed and sworn to before ®e this l^th day of September, 1327 * (Signed) ghaa.
