\ In view of present plana to dedicate a street along the Section Center Line, it would seem that the existing 14” Transits pipe line, aa described above, s h o u ld be left in place to aerve future planned development, Instead of being removed aa provided in said Agreement• Xf the pipe line described above la satisfactory to the District aa a transmission main, it Is hereby requested that the portion between the north line of Section S3 at point B and the point of ”Teen connection to pumping station near point HH, be left in place and a connection provided to the District's proposed new 39” pipe line along the north line of Section 33, which is colored red and white on Exhibit ”a ”. If you concur in the above request, this company will grant the District an easement 15 ft. in width for the existing 14” pipe 11ns at location described next above, and any amendment to the Agreement of «ftme 1, 1953 that may be necessary, can be prepared for formal execution by the parties thsreto.
