Dear Dr, Hardy* Referring to our oonveraation a short time ago concerning the LVL&W Company taking over title and operation of the water main constructed hy you to serve your property between ?th and Sth streets in the vicinity of Bracken Avenue, Las Vegas* I am attaching duplicate originals of proposed Agreement providing for the conveyance of title to the water main to the LVL&W Company in consideration of the Water Company refunding to you 35# of the revenue derived from sal® of water to consumers taking service from the water main. if the Agreement la in satisfactory farm please sign both copies and after having your signature witnessed return to me in order that 1 may arrange for execution on behalf of the Water Company, 1 m also enclosing original and one copy of proposed easement granting the Water Company the right to maintain and operate the water line across the property in question. Will you and Mrs, Hardy please sign the easement and after having your signatures acknowledged by a notary return the original to me, The extra copy of the easement may be retained for your file.
