I agree.Mr. Fltceerald - 2 - March 8, 1945 and coolers not equipped with recapture pumps, While the present meter* rate of 8 cents per 100 cuhio feet is not high, we would like to hare an opportunity to observe the use of water in the Army Project again this summer before considering a reduction in rate. Our suggestion of two methods, flat rate or meter, was prompted not from the standpoint of water costs but with the thought of conserving critical materials, as we already have some water mains in the location where proposed new projects will be constructed. However this can be further considered when location of new mains is outlined. Yours very truly, WALTER a. BRACKED
