\ respecting the assumption of liability for the aforesaid contributions and the-supplying of information to the.proper designated authorities* 6. You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Water Company from and against any and all claims, de mands, costs or expenses of whatsoever nature, arising from or growing out of injury to or death of any person or persons whomsoever, or damage to or destruction of property belonging to any person whomsoever_resulting from or in any manner connected with the doing of the work to be performed by you under this letter of agreemen . 7. You shall pay in full all persons who>perform labor upon said premises in connection with the said work, and shall not suffer any mechanic’s liens of any nature to be enforced against said premises for any such work, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Water Company from and against any and all liens, claims, demands, costs or expenses of whatsoever nature in any way connected wren or growing out of such work or labor performed, 8. You accept and hereby agree to fully and faithfully comoly with all”-of the provisions of the Nevada Ind u s t r i a l insurance Act, and that before the commencement of any work under this letter agreement, you will deliver to the Nevada Industrial Commission, a notice duly cuted by you to the effect that you accept the provisions of said Act and any subsequent amendments thereto, and. further you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Water Company from and against all claims, demands, payments, suits, actions, proceedings, recoveries, awards and judgments of every nature and description, including attor-^ neys' fees and cost presented, brought or recovered against the Water Company, which may arise or grow out of any of the work performed under this agreement. 9. It is understood and agreed that you will commence work within thirty (30) days from and after the date of this letter agreement and shall handle the work hereunder in an expeditious and workmanlike manner to the satisfaction of the Vice President of said Water Company, or his representative. 10.
