I agree.85. computation of total annual costs, but It must be noted that this figure is not considered definite and is used only as the best figure available. In estimating the total annual cost, it was assumed that the schedule of construction will be as follows: (1) Water Storage and Distribution Project. All \ ( facilities shown on Figure 17 will be provided in 1950. (2) Water Supply. The 20-inch and 42-lnch water supply line between EMI and Las Vegas will be constructed now with one booster station. The intake and pipe line from Lake Mead to the junction will be constructed in 1958. In computing costs, the work has been largely confined to the urban area and to Paradise Valley. Also, no reduction is made for the sale of treated sewage. If, as suggested previously, the distribution and sale of water to Henderson, Carver Park and Victory Village Is also relegated to the Water District, these sales at the same rate as to other areas served by the District may tend to lower the average cost per million gallons of water. In the interests of conservatism, these possibilities have not been incorporated into the anticipated annual costs. The total estimated annual costs and the average cost per million gallons of water are given in Table 21. This table indicates the following total annual costs:
