    hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider ”N ”L.D. 2082-1, dated October 15, 1952, terminating effective November 14, 1952, lease agreement Audit No. 10461, dated July 16, 1948, expiring October 31, 1954, with C 0 Co McDaniel, Lessee, covering site, near Main and Ogden Streets, Las Vegas, Nevada, for the display of new and used automobiles; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing rider ”N ”L.D„ 922-1, dated October 18, 1952, terminating effective November 14, 1952, lease agreement Audit No. 10219, dated November 2, 1942, expiring October 31, 1954, with C„ Co McDaniel, Lessee, covering site for battery shop, near Main and Ogden Streets, Las Vegas, Nevada; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: WHEREAS, this Company leased to William T. Stewart, Earl Leavitt and William Udell Stewart, collectively called ’’Lessee”, certain property at Las Vegas, Nevada, covered by Lease Audit No. 10586 (nN”LoDo 2454), dated February 1, 1951; and WHEREAS, at the time aforesaid lease was entered into a certain portion of the leased premises, known as the ’’Old Fort”, had been leased to the Moapa Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, covered by this Company’s -3-
