No. 13507-3? dated February 1 2 , 1962, whereby, Beneficial Finance Co., a Delaware corporation, (Western Auto Supply Company, a Missouri corporation, on October 27, 1961, merged with Beneficial Finance Co., a Delaware corporation), assigned, with consent of Las Vegas Land and Water Company to Western Auto Supply Company, a Delaware corporation, effective February 12 , 1962, Contract Audit No. 10868, dated May 17* I960, expiring by latest extension Decem-ber 31* 1963* covering lease of property, warehouse, office building and spur track, Vernon, California, premises to be used for storage, warehouse and other purposes Incident to handling of business conducted by Lessee; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing Supplemental Agreement C.L.D.
