At Chicago - Sept. 17, 1940 Mr. W. R. Bracken: Returning the letter from Secretary Griffith of the Las Tegas Chamber of Commerce that you sent me. I do not think we would be interested in offering the property to whieh Mr. Griffith refers for use as an airport. In fact, I think it is too well situated to be devoted to that purpose.
