Knickerbocker: Please refer to your letter June 13, file 9215-355, authorizing 100$ increase in rates covering sale of water by las Vegas Land and Water Comparer to various users at Las Vegas, Nevada. The above subject has been discussed a number of times with Mr. Mclamee, and inasmuch as State taxes have been increased to a considerable extent, it was thought that in­crease in water rates for Las Vegas Land and Water Company should not be applied for until tax rates had been adjusted. In accordance with instructions contained in last paragraph your letter above referred to, various schedules have been prepared showing pertinent information covering cost of water. These schedules, marked Tables 1 to 5 in­clusive, .are attached. Table No. 1 for the years 1925 to 1930 inclusive shows value of facilities used Jointly by the Water Company and the Bailroad Company, and such other information as is necessary to determine, upon a user's basis, the cost of water per month and per thousand gallons* Table No. 2 for the years 1925 to 1929 inclusive shows the Valuation for each year as prepared by the Valu­ation Department including a value for the water owned by
