,T » April 28, 1919, 1915 Mr. C. F» Miller, Los Angeles. Pear Sir:- I have your letter of April 19th in regard to repairs to the "bean warehouse at Hartville. The Special Committee has expressed a desire to have all matters of this kind pass through the Administration offices and reach us through Mr. Calvin. I would suggest, therefore, that you submit the matter to Hr. Calvin and let him place it before Mr. Comstock in the reghlar way. The information I am giving you above need not be mentioned in your letter to Mr* Calvin, as it is the result of verbal understanding between Mr* Clark and Mr* Farrell* Yours very truly, t 4
