**N"L.D. 3247 - EASEMENT from LA&SL-UPRR ,|v'WATER DISTRICT for water pipelines, Las Vteog aLsA,S VNEevGaAdSa .VALLEY in connection with the request of Mr. Hammill for an Easement to the Las Vegas Valley Water District for water pipelines and appurtenances, I have revised proposed "N"L.D. 3247 as requested by you in compliance with instructions of March 19, 1958, heretofore furnished to me by you and I transmit herewith duplicate originals and five (5) copies of proposed "N"L.D. 3247, as revised. This easement should be handled in conjunction with ”N"L.D. 3248, being a Quit Claim Deed of an easement from Las Vegas Valley Water District to the Railroads. you please approve the same and forward to Mr. Hammill for further handling. copies of the first draft of Easement forwarded to them with my letter of September 8, 1960.
