LOs AHldttfS'' CALIF, Los Angeles - March 29* 195^ 8 0 -1 1 Mr. R. M. Sutton* (cc - Mr. Wm. Reinhardt Mr. L. R. Maag Mr. C. M, Bates ^ ) You have copy of Mr. Maag's letter to me of March 25th, his file W-26, attaching a list of licenses, permits and contracts, the originals of which we are obliged to turn over to the Las Valley Water District upon completion of TKeTsale. I presume this letter will enable you to start photostating the documents mentioned in Mr. Maag's letter. It is quite possible, if and when the District secures engineers and accountants, that other documents will be uncovered, but the photostating of the documents shown in Mr. Maag's letter should go a long way towards completing the documents we know are outstanding.
