McGuire: Relative to the above, would lik e i f you would please determine the exact location of the 40 acre subdivision within which is located the artesian w ell near Las Vegas Springs, and also determine as nearly as possible, the actual flow of the w ell in miners’ inches or second fe e t, and the maximum amount of water, continuous flow, that w ill answer a ll of the present and prospective requirements of the Railroad, including the icing plant; and also the amount of water in miners’ inches or second fee t, that w ill supply, by continuous flow, the municipal requirements of the City of Las Vegas and it s present adjuncts. This in order that we may determine the amount of water we should apply fo r to cover the three respective uses or purposes, namely, ra ilro ad purposes, municipal purposes and agricu ltural purposes.
