    JUNE, 1920 Docket No. 24.—Rates, Class and Commodity, Platteville, Ipswich, Mineral Point Crossing, Leslie, Rewey and Livingston, Wis., to New Orleans, La., Memphis, Tenn., Jackson and Meridian, Miss., and other points named in W. F. T. B. Frt. Tariff No. 80, E. B. Boyd’s I. C. C. No. A-749. Present, combination of local rates on Chicago; proposed, same rates as applicable from St., Paul. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated May 28, 1920) Recommended that St. Paul rates and divisions be established on classes and commodifies from Platte­ville, Ipswich, Mineral Point Crossing, Leslie, Rewey and Livingston, Wis., to New Orleans, La., Memphis, Tenn., Jackson and Meridian, Miss., and related territory as defined in W. F. T. B. Tariff No. 80, I. C. C. No. A-749. Definite announcement to -be made later. Docket No. 26.— High Explosives, as described in Rule No. 200 of W. F. T. B. Circular No. 1-N, I. C. C. No. A-874, from and to points in W. T. L. territory. Present, L. C. L., double 1st Class; C. L., 20,000 lbs. and over, 1st Class; proposed, add provision to above rule that charges on an L. C. L. shipment shall not exceed charges on a C. L. shipment of 20,000 lbs. (See Standing Rate Committee’ s report dated May 29, 1920) Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee which contemplates no change in tariff rules. Docket No. 27.—Rates, Class, between Saranac, Wis., and points on and west of the Missouri River, Kansas • City to Sioux City, inclusive, and stations in Iowa, Minnesota and South Dakota west of the west bank of the Mississippi River. Present, rates from Saranac, Wis., now adjusted to the differential basis prevailing from Oconto, Wis., to the territory Missouri River and west; proposed, same basis as now applies to and from Duck Creek, Wis. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated May 28, 1920) Referred back to the Standing Rate Committee for further consideration with a view of determining whether or not an attempt should be made to defend the spread of cents per 100 lbs. on Vegetables, C. L., between Duck Creek and Saranac, Wis., in view of the fact that the difference in distance is only three-quarters of a mile. , : " ' ’ Docket No. 29.— Boxes, Corrugated Fibre Board and Fillers, Pueblo, Colo., to Canon City, Colo. Present, -Corrugated Fibre Board Boxes and Fillers, C. L., from Pueblo, Colo, to Canon City, Colo., 26J^ , cents per 100 lbs.; proposed, 10 cents per 100 lbs., minimum weight 36,000 lbs., to be used in determining through rates to Canon City on the Pueblo — combination when originating at eastern points. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated May 28, 1920.) At the request of the proponent, the subject was withdrawn. 8 Docket No. 31.— Sand and Gravel, C. L., St. Paul Park, Minn., to St. Paul, Minn. Present, no information furnished by the applicant, but a check indicates the existing rates to be on the basis of the_ Minnesota Distance Tariff; proposed, 2 cents per 100 lbs. minimum marked capacity of car or actual weight if less when cars are loaded to full visible capacity. , (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated May 29, 1920.) Approved report of the Standing Rate Committee which recommends against establishment of the rate above referred to. JUNE, 1920 Docket No. 32.—Automobiles, C- L., between points in W. T. L. territory, minimum weights on. Present, Automobiles, C. L., in cars over 39 feet 6 inches in length to and including cars 42 feet 6 inches in - length, inside dimensions,11,200 lbs. (Rule 560 of W. T. L. Circular 1-N ); proposed, to amend above rule limiting same to Automobiles (passenger) in straight carloads. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated May 29, 1920.) Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee which contemplates amending the present rule to provide minimum weights as follows: Automobiles (passenger) in cars over 39 it. 6 in. in length, to and including cars 42 ft. 6 in. in length, inside measure­ment............... . . . . . . Effective October 25, 1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3i Chairman Boyd to notify other chairmen of the above actioii. Docket No. 33.— Sewer Pipe and Drain Tile, C. L., between points in Western Trunk Line territory. Present, no definite rule published in tariffs naming commodity rate on Drain Tile and Sewer Pipe, under which traffic moving at such commodity rates are subject to bracing requirements of the Consolidated Classification; proposed, to amend all tariffs naming commodity rates on Sewer Pipe and Drain Tile to make such commodity rates subject to the bracing specifications provided in Note 1, page 317 and NoteT, page 387 of Consolidated Classification No. 1. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 2, 1920.) Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee as follows:-—it being understood however, that this action is to be limited in itsrapplication to the movement in closed cars and continuing the present application of the commodity rate in open cars: That tariffs be amended to provide that shipments-of Drain Tile, Drain Tile Fittings and Sewer Pipe, Sewer Pipe Fittings, be subject to the Bracing Rules and Requirements defined in Note 1 and Items associated therewith of Consolidated Classification No. 1, supplements thereto and subsequent reissues thereof.
