Cory - Las Vegas) 7 With reference to your Form 86-1 dated Qcto ter 8th, File BD 4—1—1, in connection with Deed Audit 979 dated January 15, 1909* with Nevada-Utah Mines & Smelters Corporation and Ohio-Kentucky Consolidated Mining Company and the Caliente A Pioche Railroad Company covering furnish­ing supply of water up to and not exceeding 15,000 gallons dally to be used solely and exclusively for railroad purposes at Pioche, Nevada, for term of fifty (50) years from January 15* 1909s water for locomotive use, and as the supply of water at Pioche is now being obtained from Lincoln County Power District No. 1 through one meter for the four connections; Depot, Section House, Bunk House and Stockyard, at regular metered rate of 50# per thousand gallons and the further fact that the Power District does not enter into agreements with other users of water at Pioche, agreement dated January 15* 1909, assigned Deed Audit 979, will be permitted to ex-ire by limitation In view of the fact that the Railroads do not now obtain as of the expiration date, 1959
