Bihlmaier.J Business Men of City Answer Water Company’s Rate Boost Plea A demand for a full and complete hearing in Las Vegas on the. subject of water rates; and a request that the public service commission show cause why already existing water rates charged by the Las Vegas Land and Water company should not be materially reduced, j was the answer of a representative group of Las Vegas business, men! to the request of the local utility for an increase in rates affecting, refrigerator systems in this city.'
