Bennett This refers to Agreement “N^L.D, 2701 dated August 6, 1953* “between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Richard Tolenc dba Paradise Park, covering water mains constructed in Paradise Park Subdivision, Las Vegas, Nevada, Prior to the completion of the project covered by the above mentioned agreement, it was necessary to acquire Bill of Sale *N#L.D. 2701-1 (Amended) from the Subdlvi&er for a portion of the water mains constructed. £t is now necessary to acquire title to the remaining portion of water main constructed pursuant to Agreement “N**L.D. 2701. In view of this, will you kindly prepare and furnish me ten prints to be used as exhibits to accompany the new Bill of Sale, using as a guide the attached print, which indicates In red color the portion of water main to be covered by new Bill of Sale.
