Mr. I'eart - page Attached is Form 183 V-11J, la the amount of #b,7b9.00, in favor of Bears AsBooletea of Nevada, which amount represents the difference la cost between 12* cast Iron pipe end lb" oast Iron pipe which was Installed la order to meet the requirements of future development. Pursuant to Agreement “WL.D. 2733 revised, the Company agreed to assume the additional cost of Installing lb" pipe In lieu of 12“ pipe which was the agreed amount of #h,7*»9«00. Please note that VO 755 provides that the Lae Vegas Land and Water Company would perform the construction of the above mentioned Installation however, due to flnanolal difficulties on the part of the Hears Associates of Hevada, it was agreed hy the official* of the »— Vegas Lend end Water Company and approved hy the Lae Vegaa Valley Water District to neks a change In basis for oonatrusting said water mains. It was agreed that the Users Associates of Hevada would construct said water mains at their own expense, subject to provisions set-forth In Agreement "N"L.D. 2733 revised dated oeteber 28, 1953. Attached to Hr. Adamson's oopy Is map showing location of water mains constructed, pursuant to WO 755 for his use In preparing "AC" prints.
