Dear Sir: Referring further to the subject of re-appraisement of lots at las Yegas, see my letter of March twenty-seventh in re­gard to lots SO, El and EE in block 33: schedule, which I wish you would please look over and advise me if you do not think I am right. They are as follows: are $800.00. I do not see any reason for the difference in the price of these lots. Block 10, lots 9 to 15 inclusive are priced at $150.00, while a single lot across the street is priced at $E00.00. lot 16 in block 10 should be raised if the other lots in block 10 ar§ increased. There is a big difference between lots facing Main Street and lots faoing on First Street.
