Indian Industrial School, Fort Mojave, Arizona. Sir: You are hereby advised that authority has been granted for you to expend a sum not exceeding $90.00 in the open maricet purchase, from Indians, of three tons of hay, at lowest obtain­able rate, not to exceed $30.00 per ton, required for subsistence of your school stock, as requested in your letter dated tha 16th ultimo, provided your appropriation be not exceeded thereby.
