NO-* 1 0728 day of X T H I S AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the 1 ^ 1953, hy and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called "Company," Party of the First Part, and BUILDERS INVESTMENT CORPORATION, a Nevada Corporation, whose address is 1821 Walnut Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: RECITALS WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of distributing water as a public Utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdivider is engaged in the development of Cadillac Arms Subdivision Tract No* 1, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has made application for water service to serve said tract; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said tract with water, pursuant to its rules and regulations on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; AGREEMENT ARTICLE I .
