I agree.Democratic National Committee November 4, 1992 Mrs. Edythe Katz 3309 Calle De Corrida Las Vegas, NV 89102-3901 Dear Mrs* Katz, We did it! All those months of effort ? all those years of hope and commitment -- have finally paid off. I am writing today simply to say, "Thank you." You played an indispensable role in our drive toward victory. And, as a result, there will soon be a Democrat in the White House, five Democratic women in the Senate, and as I write this, early returns indicate as many as 64 new Democratic members in the House of Representatives. The media have called it a dramatic sea change in American politics -- and you should be very proud of the important part you played in making it happen. I realize, as I'm sure you do, that our victories are just the beginning. Now, the real work begins. But, there will be time for you and me to discuss all of that after the turn of the year. Right now, I simply want to tell you how much I appreciate all of your help and let you know I am truly looking forward to continuing our work together in the exciting times that lie ahead. My best regards to you and your family. Sincerely, Bill Clinton Paid for and authorized by the Democratic National Committee 430 South Capitol Street, S.E., Washington, D.C. 20003
