PRESENT: Chairman Robert A. Allen Commissioner Chas. V. Williams Commissioner Hugh A. Shamberger Secretary Lee S. Scott SUSPENSION ORDER IT APPEARING That there has ‘been filed with the Public Service Commission of Nevada, to become effective December 1, 1952, First Revised Sheet P.S.C.N. No. 3» cancelling Original Sheet P.S.C.N. No. 3, and Original Sheet P.S.C.N. No. 3A; and IT FURTHER APPEARING That said above sheets seek to make certain changes in the existing rates for water service; and IT FURTHER APPEARING That by approving said sheets may seriously affect the rights and interests of the public, IT IS ORDERED upoh the Commission's own motion, pursuant to Section 6113, N.C.L. 1929, as amended, that the foregoing sheets are hereby suspended for a period of sixty (60) days from and after December 1, 1952, pending investigation and hearing, and during said period of suspension no change shall be made in the existing rates for water service now on file with the Public Service Commission of Nevada.
