Los Angeles - Deo. 2, 19*9 MEMORANDUM FOR FILE At Mr. Reinhardt’s request I prepared an estimate of cost of construction of a steel pipe water transmission line from Henderson to Las Vegas, as outlined In article In the Las Vegas Review-Journal of November 9 , 19*9 , which quoted from recent report prepared for the Las Vegas Water Dlstrlot by Greeley & Hansen, Chicago Engineering firm. My estimate was prepared on the basis of the various lengths and sizes of line mentioned In the newspaper article.
