Las Vegas - Hovember 4, 1948 W 23-1—20—© Mr. Wm. Reinhardt: Richard foleno of 343 North loth Street, L&a Vegas, has acquired Lots 5 to 17, inclusive, in Block 9, Mayfair Tract #2, and makes application for extension of water mains through this block under the provisions of Rule 9-A* For ready reference, I attach sketch showing location of this block with reference to our nearest main, together with an estimate of cost which amounts to $2670,00* From the standpoint of future design of the system, % feel it would be best to come in from the north fro® the existing 6-lnch line on Bruce Street at the alley south of Fremont, thence southerly into Block 9 and dead-end, temporarily, at the norths east c o m e r of Lot 2, until such time as building commences in Block 10 to the south, at which time we can plan on a circulating system. We have sufficient 6-lnch pipe on hand to commence the work as soon as Work Order authority is received and estimated cost deposited, and I think we can close this out in 1948 accounts. If you approve, will you kindly request work order authority. A. M. Folger
