Las Vegas - February 23, 1945 W 18-6-2 Mr. w, M. Jeffers; As a matter of Information, I enclose copy of Information to the Auditor for compilation of Annual Report to the Public Service Commission. This has been truly a remarkable year in the history of our Company. A comparison with the previous year reflects; Humber of Consumers Increased 86£ Length of Distribution Mains Increased 41$ Revenues Increased 40$ Maintenance of Mains Decreased $50,344.23 The decrease Is due of course, to the fact, in 1941 the largest part of our work consisted of replacements therefore, the charges were made to O.E. Whereas this year, most of our new lines consist of extension to Defense Housing Projects and were therefore charged to Investment. I have shown in pencil on your copy only the charges to each work order, page three.
