    12, 1940. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, dated August 14, 1940, ad­dressed to Pood Machinery Corporation, P. 0. Box 584, River­side, California, covering the furnishing of necessary labor, materials, transportation, etc., required to rehabilitate, alter and rearrange machinery and equipment in packing house at Fourth and Vine Streets, Riverside, California; considera­tion $>3,614.72, covering all labor performed, materials furnished and as rental of equipment; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, Audit No, 10090, dated August 22, 1940, addressed to Acme Sheet Metal Works, 6133 Magnolia Avenue, Riverside, California, covering the furnishing of new equipment for and the reconditioning of sweat room heat­ing units in packing house at 4th and Vine Streets, Riverside, California, as follows: Replace with new furnaces five 75-U9 Pacific Gas Radiator Company Furnaces; Vent five sweat room furnaces and one office furnace to outside of building; Recondition five automatic controls; Replace five safety pilots with five new type safety pilots; and Replace five Mercoid switches; consideration $>721.00 to cover all labor performed, materials furnished and as rental of equipment; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. -2-
