M, Folgerj Herewith, executed on behalf of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, quadruplicate originals of proposed agreement with The United States of America covering the furnishing of water to the Naval Reserve Training Center, Las Vegas. After the document has been executed on behalf of the Government, please arrange for return to me of signatory counterpart marked “Original for LVL&W Co". I am also attaching, accepted on behalf of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company, duplicate original of letter dated June 2}, 1950, from G. R. Johnson, District Public Works Officer, Eleventh Naval District, San Diego, requesting that water service under contract N123s-5^977 be continued in effect until the new agreement has been executed.
