It was the Paris of Toulouse-Lautrec les Belle Epoque where everything was beautiful, the fashion was beautiful the champagne, life itself was beautiful, & the women .... Ah! The women.....! 1920?╟╓s SPEECH In a few short years, from the 1900 to the 1920?╟╓s, the female image went through some radical changes. Tired of not having the right to vote & feeling like a second class citizen, women?╟╓s suffrage took a strong stand.
