Los Angeles, July 12, 1963 W.O. 6495 i H Mr. E. C* Renwick - Los Angeles Referring to your letter of May 14, 1963, file 174-2 relative Work Order 6495 > covering the retirement of 70,000 gallon steel water tank at Arden, Nevada and whether this retirement would jeopardize our rights granted under a certificate of appropriation of water by State of Nevada to obtain water from Cottonwood Springs. Attached are five documents loaned to us by the Accounting Department in connection with our rights of Cottonwood Springs and it would appear retirement of above tank would not jeopardize, however, will appreciate your opinion in the matter. Will you please return the attached five documents after they have served your purpose so we may transmit them to the Auditor. W. B. Groome
