On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider G.L.D. No. 6724, dated September 26, 1945, extending to October 14, 1946, term of lease, Audit No. 10260, dated August 20, 1943, expiring October 14, 1945, between LVL&WCo., Lessor, and California Walnut Growers Association, Lessor, covering lease of Vegetable Shed No. 4, located on East Seventh Street, Los Angeles, California, to be used for storage of walnuts; subject to termination by either party upon 30 days' written notice; rental $150.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; be, and the same is.hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed..
