"N"L,D, 2784 AGREEMENT Of THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of the - day . 1954, hy and between LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter ealled "Company," Party of the First Part, and TWIN LAKES VILLAGE, INC,, a Nevada Corporation, whose address is 1300 Tonopah Highway, Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called "Subdivider," Party of the Second Part, WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of dis­tributing water as a public utility, in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; and WHEREAS, the Subdiyider is engaged in the development of Twin Lakes Village Unit No, 2 and a portion of Blocks 1 and 2 of Heers Subdivision Nevada-1, Las Vegas, Nevada, and has made appli­cation for water Service to serve said tracts; and WHEREAS, the Company is willing to serve said tract with water, pursuant to its rules and regulations on file with the Public Service Commission of the State of Nevada; 1, At its sole cost and expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor for the construction of, and to construct water lines in the locations shown by yellow lines on "Exhibit A," dated January 13, 1954, attached hereto and hy this reference RECITALS AGREEMENT ARTICLE I SUBDIVIDER AGREES: -I- 1101
