Adamson: While at Las Vegas, and Incident to checking water line pressures, please go into the matter with Mr. Folger of lack of pressure at Mayor Oragin's home off Charleston Boulevard. This may have been corrected by this time, but wish you would check into it anyway. Also while there, I think it would be well to look over the matter with Mr. Sn*rf and try to get some idea as to how closely they are functioning. Our reports from the field showing rate of production of each well and spring, and the hours of production, are so incompetently kept that we can make no check against meter readings from that source.
