The regular annual meeting of the stockholders of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company was held in the office of the Company, and at its principal place of business, to-wit: Room 533 Paoifio Electrio Building, in the City of Los Angeles, State of California, on the 10th day of November, 1924, at 11 o'clock A,M» In the absence of the President, Mr, Walter R, Bracken, Vice President, presided as Chairman of the meeting. No Inspectors having been previously appointed, on motion duly made and carried, Mr. was elected Inspector to open and close the polls, receive and take all ballots and proxies, and decide all questions touohing the qualifications of voters, the validity of the proxies and acceptance or rejection of votes at this meeting. Those present and desiring to participate in the meeting were ascertained and Chairman requested all holders of proxies to hand in such proxies. Thereupon such proxies were deposited with the Inspector, who reported that the following shares of stock were represented at the meeting, to-wits A# S. Halsted, and Proxy c. 0.
