Adamson) Referring to your letter of December 11th enclosing revised draft of the suggested proposal of purchase to be made by the Las Vegas Valley Water District and a draft of proposed reply: representatives of various interested departments, at which Mr. Renwick was present and at which the various phases of the contemplated sale of the water production and distribution facilities at Las Vegas were discussed.
